Admission combinations for 2025 of CMC University

According to the admission information announced by CMC University, this year the school will consider admission based on a 40-point scale, in which combinations of Math or Literature have a coefficient of 2.

Instead of using traditional admission combinations such as A00, C00, D00,... in 2025, CMC University will use new, more flexible admission combinations for each major.

Admission criteria and combinations for 15 majors/training programs in 2025 of CMC University

For majors in the Computer and Information Technology group such as Information Technology, Computer Science , Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering,... the admission combination is: Math x 2 + 2 any subjects.

For the Electronics - Telecommunications Engineering Technology (IC Design) major, the admission combination is Math x 2 + Physics/Chemistry + any subject.

For the remaining majors, candidates can choose Math or Literature to multiply by a factor of 2 depending on their strengths. The admission combination is Math x 2 + 2 any subjects or Literature x 2 + 2 any subjects.

Unlike the traditional admission combination, candidates applying to CMC University can choose any 2 subjects from 10 prescribed subjects (including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, Information Technology, Technology, Foreign Languages, Economic and Legal Education and Literature). Expanding the list of admission subjects helps candidates optimize their scores based on their comprehensive learning ability.
