Quang Nam banks restructure debt repayment period of over 1 trillion VND

Specifically, the total accumulated debt value (principal and interest) that has been restructured by credit institutions is 1,123 trillion VND (serving living and consumption needs is 44.26 billion VND; serving production and business activities is nearly 1,079 trillion VND). There are 370 customers whose debt repayment period has been restructured, including 298 individuals, 71 enterprises and 1 cooperative union.

Commercial banks continue to promote the effective implementation of bank-business connection programs in the area with many direct support solutions such as increasing new loans; restructuring loans; reducing lending interest rates; diversifying credit products; building specific credit programs to support businesses with reasonable interest rates, convenient and transparent processes and procedures...

Outstanding loans of priority credit programs by the end of October 2024 included loans for agriculture and rural areas reaching VND 30.5 trillion (up 2.69% over the previous month, accounting for 27.92% of total outstanding loans); export loans reaching nearly VND 1.5 trillion (up 30.04% over the previous month, accounting for 1.33% of total outstanding loans); loans for small and medium enterprises reaching VND 13 trillion (up 5.9% over the previous month, accounting for 11.9% of total outstanding loans); loans for supporting industries reaching VND 6.5 trillion (up 10.49% over the previous month, accounting for 5.95% of total outstanding loans).
