Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Thanh Ngai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, emphasized that everyone can learn, everyone can use technology, everyone has the opportunity to change their life with digital knowledge. Whether old or young, urban or remote, as long as they have an internet-connected device and a progressive spirit, they can access open science resources, free courses, and digital skills applied in life and production.
In order for the Digital Literacy Movement to spread widely and substantially, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province requested that each cadre, civil servant, and party member take the lead in self-studying and practicing digital skills, setting an example in their agencies, units, and communities. Each family should have at least one person who has learned and mastered basic digital skills. Each citizen needs to proactively learn, be ready to share, apply digital knowledge, and build a progressive society in the new era. Technology enterprises and telecommunications units continue to accompany and develop infrastructure, ensuring that all people have favorable learning conditions.
