The book project "The Road to the Future" was initiated by researcher and writer Nguyen Xuan Tuan, aiming to build a national development ideology in the spirit of Openness - Humanity - Sustainability.
At the workshop, scholars highly appreciated the scientific and practical value of volume 1 of the project, especially in areas such as sustainable development, innovation and digital transformation.
Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Nam Chuan, former Director of the Institute of Strategic Sciences of the Ministry of National Defense commented: “ The Future Road Volume 1 is a carefully invested scientific work, the crystallization of many years of research and collection of valuable documents. This is not only a document for experts but also a guideline for all readers, helping each individual to define their role in the new era. The work is also a voice to honor cultural and religious values; contributing to preserving Vietnam's cultural heritage".

Part 2 of the book delves into real-life examples, expanding the depth of humanity through stories, memoirs, and experiences on sustainable development in both urban and rural areas, cultural identity in digital transformation, new economic models such as night-time economy, circular economy, e-cooperatives, etc.
To launch the second volume of the project, the author chose France and Sweden as destinations to research sustainable development models, modern governance, and institutional reform.
At the workshop, experts contributed many ideas to guide the content. Poet Bang Viet noted that although the work mentions many current issues with suggestive value, caution should be exercised when making comments and predictions. Because, in the context of a rapidly changing world, some current issues can quickly become outdated. Therefore, books need to approach current events in a more selective and sustainable way.
Scholars believe that the Future Path project requires broad resonance among policy makers, intellectuals, businessmen, people, cooperatives and creative communities... to form a new development ideology - both rooted in Vietnamese practice and open to dialogue and global integration.
