Professional training in culture and grassroots sports

On the morning of June 9, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thai Binh opened a training conference to improve professional skills for 260 trainees who are the Management Board of Cultural Houses, Sports Areas, core teams, groups, cultural, artistic, physical education and sports clubs of 13 villages in Thai Binh city and Vu Thu and Dong Hung districts. These are the villages and residential groups implementing the Project "Supporting and improving the effectiveness of the model of Cultural Houses, Sports Areas in villages and residential groups in the province" in 2025.

During 3 days (from June 9-11), students learned the theory of organization, operation and criteria of Cultural Houses - Sports Areas of villages and residential groups; building teams, groups, and grassroots art clubs; methods of organizing mass art programs; introducing traditional arts such as Cheo, Hat Van, and New Dance and Singing. At the same time, they practiced staging performances, practiced singing and dancing skills, and guided referees in sports such as volleyball, tug of war, chess, pickleball, shuffle dance, etc.

During the 3 days from June 9-11, the students were introduced to theoretical topics, including: Model regulations on organization, operation and criteria of Cultural Houses - Sports areas in villages and residential groups; work on building groups, teams, groups, and grassroots art clubs; methods for planning and organizing mass art programs. The training course aims to improve knowledge and skills for the Management Board of the Cultural House - Sports Area and cultural and sports cores at the grassroots level, creating a solid team of collaborators to effectively organize activities, contributing to building a grassroots cultural life, meeting the living needs of the community, forming a model for replication throughout the province.
