Military Region Command inspects preparations for arrangement and organization of local military agencies in Nghe An

The delegation included: Major General Phan Van Sy, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Military Region; Colonel Pham Duc Tuan, Chief of Logistics and Engineering of the Military Region. Working with the delegation were: Colonel Dinh Bat Van, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; heads of the Staff, Political, Logistics and Engineering departments and related agencies.

Implementing the Project on organizing and arranging local military agencies to suit the organization of the 2-level local government apparatus, in the past time, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has proactively issued directives and instructions; coordinated with agencies, units, and localities to develop plans, organize working groups to survey, review, and deploy preparation work in the area; and planned to arrange 5 regional defense command boards.

Through inspection of the contents of: Infrastructure at the office building, military bases; defense land areas; forces subject to arrangement and organization of local military agencies; preservation of weapons, equipment, and technical means at the planned defense area commands: Defense Area Command 1 - Van An; Defense Area Command 2 - Quynh Luu, Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of the Military Region acknowledged and highly appreciated the preparation work for the arrangement and organization of local military agencies when implementing 2-level local government at the Provincial Military Command in general and the defense area commands in particular.

The Commander of the Military Region requested the Nghe An Provincial Military Command to continue studying the directives and instructions of all levels; to do a good job of synchronous preparation in all aspects of implementing the organization of local military agencies. Continue to deploy regular activities, without affecting or interrupting tasks. Grasp the military ideology, creating a stable basis for organization and staffing. Manage well weapons, equipment, technical means, facilities, bookkeeping systems, documents and have a plan for storing scientific data.
