Nghe An Provincial Military Command deploys key tasks after reorganizing local military agencies

Implementing the direction of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 4, recently, the Provincial Military Command has completed the reorganization of the local military agency system in a streamlined and effective manner. In particular, the district-level Military Commands were dissolved to establish Regional Defense Commands; at the same time, the organization of the Military Commands of communes, wards and towns was improved according to the new model.

Along with that, regular tasks such as recruitment, training, building militia and self-defense forces, mobilization reserves; ensuring logistics and technical support for training and combat readiness continue to be deployed promptly and effectively. The Provincial Military Command has identified key tasks in the coming time, focusing on the following main tasks: Consulting on perfecting the Military Command at the commune level; completing combat documents and combat training; promoting political and ideological work, mass mobilization and preparing for Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized: Reorganizing local military agencies is a necessary step, in line with the requirements of building a streamlined, strong, and effective national defense, meeting the requirements of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation. He requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, upholding principles in leadership and direction; focusing on stabilizing the organization and staffing after merging local governments at two levels, improving the quality of training and combat readiness; ensuring political security, social order and safety, contributing to building a strong national defense, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation./.
