- Policy to attract resources to support investment in developing ethnic minority and mountainous areas, areas with difficult socio-economic conditions; solutions to remove obstacles in ethnic policies; resolve difficulties in residential land and production land for ethnic minorities, overcome the situation of spontaneous nomadic migration, shifting cultivation, and deforestation.
