Dr. Ha Anh Duc, Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management ( Ministry of Health ) said: The Ministry of Health has issued Plan No. 1105/KH-BYT covering all areas related to health, from ensuring food safety, epidemic prevention, possible situations, including issues related to disasters.

The Ministry of Health coordinates with the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security , and the Hanoi People's Committee to direct medical examination and treatment facilities to ensure emergency and medical examination and treatment on duty during the Celebration, including activities such as: Directing and guiding medical examination and treatment facilities to organize emergency and medical examination and treatment on duty throughout the activities; organizing and arranging medical teams on duty to provide emergency and medical examination and treatment, and take care of the health of delegates, guests, and service staff. At the same time, promptly detecting cases of infectious diseases.

The Ministry of Health also directed to ensure a sufficient list of medicines, equipment, and consumables to equip medical teams; ambulances according to regulations of the Ministry of Health; directed some hospitals to prepare 5-10 hospital beds in case of unusual situations.
