Ministry of National Defense issues list of standards, technical regulations...

The Minister of National Defense has just issued Circular No. 39/2025/TT-BQP dated June 5, 2025 on the List of standards and technical regulations for unmanned aircraft and other flying vehicles. This Circular takes effect from July 21, 2025.

Circular No. 39/2025/TT-BQP applies to:

- Unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles; aircraft engines, aircraft propellers and individual equipment and devices constituting the system (ground part, water part, aerial part, load) of unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles imported, temporarily imported for re-export for use in Vietnam.

- Unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles and equipment of unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles in research, manufacture, testing, production, repair and maintenance.

- This Circular does not apply to types of unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles and equipment of unmanned aircraft, other flying vehicles serving defense and security purposes of the Ministry of National Defense and the Ministry of Public Security .

- Organizations and individuals are responsible for copyright issues of applied standards.

- During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties or problems, agencies, organizations and individuals should promptly report to the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army for consideration and resolution.
