The delegation of the Provincial Military Command surveyed the model "Military - People with Cultural Life" in Dong Trach village, Thach Binh commune.
Dong Trach village, Thach Binh commune has 136 households with 560 people, a high rate of poor and near-poor households, and a lack of infrastructure for community activities. Based on the above reality, the Defense Command of Region 2 - Ha Trung has selected a pilot model called "Military - People with cultural life" to deploy in the locality. The model focuses on implementing the goal of building and renovating a cultural activity area and a playground for the elderly and children with a total area of 1,500m2 , expected to be completed before August 19, 2025.
This is a model of "Smart Mass Mobilization" to promote the role of the armed forces in building new rural areas, contributing to strengthening the solidarity between the army and the people, improving the material and spiritual life of the people in special areas, and building a solid people's position right from the grassroots.

The unit has developed a plan, coordinated with the locality to organize many meaningful and effective activities, contributing to spreading the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people.
