Participating in the contest were 42 comrades who were company commanders, company political commissars and equivalent officers of agencies and units in the armed forces of Binh Phuoc province.

During 3 days, candidates compete in the following categories: General knowledge and awareness test; training methods; physical strength; live-fire test with K54 gun, lesson 1.

Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu, Deputy Commander of Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command, delivered the opening speech at the contest.

In his opening speech, Colonel Nguyen Ba Phu, Deputy Commander of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command, requested that the contestants strictly abide by the discipline and regulations of the Organizing Committee and the contest rules. The Organizing Committee and the Jury carefully prepared the materials and training grounds, and scored objectively and accurately.

The contest aims to test and evaluate the level and capacity of practical training and staff work, Party work, political work, logistics work, technical work, and the level of using weapons and equipment in the establishment of the company-level cadres and equivalent in the provincial military.

Through the contest, the Provincial Military Command has drawn out contents and measures to train and improve the qualifications of staff in the coming time.
