From 2021 to present, Army Corps 15 has organized 6,500 propaganda sessions; 57 classes to foster ethnic knowledge and learn ethnic minority languages; mobilized nearly 250,000 working days to help people; arranged 67 cadres and workers to participate in local socio-political organizations and unions at all levels. Supported the construction and repair of 751 houses worth nearly 54.65 billion VND for workers and people; supported seeds, capital, materials, and means of production to help people worth nearly 38.6 billion VND and created conditions for ethnic minorities to borrow 1,200 hectares of land for rubber replanting to grow rice and crops, increasing income.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Khuat Ba Cao emphasized that with the motto "Mind thinks, eyes see, ears listen, feet walk, mouth speaks, hands do", the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization", building "Good mass mobilization units" of the Corps not only contributes to spreading the qualities and noble image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, but Corps 15 also gains the trust and affection of local Party committees, authorities, and ethnic people, creating conditions for the Corps to successfully complete the task of socio -economic development, associated with building and consolidating the potential and defense and security posture in key defense areas, remote areas, and ethnic minority areas.
