Discussing how to handle the situation of needing to change contact information (email, phone number) after completing the registration on the system, Master Nguyen Thi Kim Phung, Deputy Director of the Admissions and Corporate Relations Center of the University of Finance - Marketing, said that candidates can completely access the system to make adjustments.
Accordingly, candidates go to the registration form to edit email and phone number, re-enter new information. "However, to be sure, candidates can call the hotline number on the system to check again," noted Master Kim Phung.
Candidates can change their registration information until 5:00 p.m. on July 28.

According to Master Kim Phung, besides the objective changes above, there are subjective errors that candidates must check carefully when registering for admission.
"Many candidates think that all schools have the same admission process. Each school often uses many methods such as considering high school graduation exam scores, academic records, competency assessment tests, and combinations... Therefore, students should carefully read each school's admission plan to avoid confusion," said Master Phung.
Master Phung commented that in recent years, many candidates have made mistakes such as registering in the wrong order of their preferences, not arranging preferences in the actual priority order but only according to the score. Because candidates are only admitted to the highest preference with enough points, they must arrange them appropriately. Specifically, the first preference should be the major and school that the candidate desires the most, not the major that "surely passes".
"In addition, candidates often make mistakes in registering for the wrong major code and school code. They often confuse them with the abbreviations of the schools, so they need to check to write them correctly. In addition, many students do not check their personal information carefully, so they write wrong ID card/CCCD numbers, date of birth, high school code, etc. This information needs to be checked carefully before completing because it affects the search for results and identity verification," Master Phung emphasized.
According to Dr. Vo Thanh Hai, Permanent Deputy Director of Duy Tan University, candidates can adjust all information until 5:00 p.m. on July 28, but should not wait until the last day to register or adjust to avoid objective problems.
