On the morning of June 13, a delegation from Viet Duc Friendship Hospital had a working session, surveyed and supported technical transfer at Lao Cai Provincial General Hospital.

In the period of 2015 - 2025, with the support of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital, the Provincial General Hospital participated in 49 direct professional training courses; received 7 transfer courses under Project 1816 "Sending specialized staff from upper-level hospitals to support lower-level hospitals to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment"; directed the following techniques: Retrograde endoscopic ureteral lithotripsy; conservative treatment of solid organ trauma; surgery for peripheral vascular trauma; surgery for femoral trochanter fractures; anesthesia and resuscitation during surgery for multiple trauma patients; hemostasis in gastric bleeding; surgery for intracerebral hematoma.

At the meeting, the Provincial General Hospital proposed that Viet Duc Friendship Hospital conduct training and transfer courses in 2026, with 15 techniques in the following specialties: surgery, cardiology, oncology, anesthesia, intensive care, rehabilitation, and organ transplantation.

The delegation of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital surveyed and evaluated the conditions of facilities, equipment, and human resources at departments, rooms, and centers of the Provincial General Hospital.

Based on the proposal of the Provincial General Hospital, the working group of Viet Duc Friendship Hospital surveyed and evaluated the conditions of facilities, equipment, and human resources in the departments, rooms, and centers of the Hospital. As a result, 100% of the members of the working group agreed with the proposal to support the transfer of technology of the Provincial General Hospital.
