(NLDO) - Le Van Bao distributed gasoline and oil exceeding the company's prescribed quota in large quantities over a long period of time, causing a loss of 102,000 liters of DO oil.
On December 19, Phu My Town Police (Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) announced that they had initiated a case, prosecuted the accused, and issued an arrest warrant to detain Le Van Ban (born in 1990, residing in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai Province) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
Previously, on September 1, 2016, a company signed a contract and hired Bao, paying him according to the contract.
During his working hours, Bao was assigned to distribute gasoline to drivers. Taking advantage of this, Bao distributed gasoline exceeding the company's prescribed quota in large quantities over a long period of time.
According to statistics, the company lost about 102,000 liters of DO oil, equivalent to a loss of about 2 billion VND.
In addition, the investigation agency also determined that Bao had calculated a reduction of VND 500,000/driver in the driver's revenue in December 2023 and appropriated VND 3 million.
