Most of the province experienced thunderstorms of varying severity between 11:30 and 12:00.

Thunderstorms are forecast to occur in many places and may continue until July 23, then gradually decrease and appear in a few places.

Due to the distant influence of storm No. 3, the southwest monsoon is active, the weather in the whole country has rain on both land and sea. The trend of increased rainfall with strong gusts of wind in Dong Nai and the southern provinces is due to the tropical convergence zone with an axis through the North connecting with storm No. 3 being active. The circulation of storm No. 3 affects the southwest monsoon to be more active, with medium to strong intensity.
