Talking with leaders of wards: Tay Ho, Yen So, Yen Hoa, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Lai Ba Ha emphasized that the policy of arranging administrative units and organizing a two-level local government model is an important milestone, marking a strong change in the management and operation of localities, towards an effective administration, closer to the people and serving the people better.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Lai Ba Ha also affirmed that, as an agency of the Hanoi Party Committee, the voice of the Party Committee, the government and the people of the Capital, the Newspaper always accompanies and shares with the wards in all activities, especially in propaganda work to create trust and consensus in implementing political tasks. In particular, Hanoi Moi Newspaper will closely coordinate with the wards in propaganda work for the 1st Party Congress of communes and wards in the city, term 2025-2030 - the Congress marks the transition of the new communes and wards of the Capital to operate under a two-level government model, streamlined - effective - efficient.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hanoi Moi Newspaper Lai Ba Ha also believes that, on the basis of the good traditional relationship, Hanoi Moi Newspaper and the wards of Tay Ho, Yen So, and Yen Hoa will continue to accompany and coordinate in all fields, thereby contributing to the completion of the political tasks of each unit.
On this occasion, the delegation of Hanoi Moi Newspaper presented flowers of congratulations and presented Tay Ho, Yen So, and Yen Hoa wards with a graphic copy of the plan to arrange 126 communes and wards (printed by Hanoi Moi Newspaper on July 1, 2025), along with photos of leaders of Tay Ho, Yen So, and Yen Hoa wards receiving the Decision directly from Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi Bui Thi Minh Hoai and Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong at the Ceremony to announce the decisions on the arrangement of 126 communes and wards on June 30, 2025.
Thanking the warm sentiments of Hanoi Moi Newspaper, the leaders of Tay Ho, Yen So and Yen Hoa wards affirmed that they will continue to promote the good cooperative relationship with Hanoi Moi Newspaper.
Local Party committees and authorities will promptly coordinate to provide full information on important activities, especially the preparation of documents and organization of the first Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term; continue to do a good job of publishing newspapers for Party members receiving the 50-year Party membership badge or more.
Leaders of Tay Ho, Yen So and Yen Hoa wards also hope that Hanoi Moi Newspaper will increase the implementation of articles reflecting good models and effective practices of localities in the city in the process of implementing the two-level government model, thereby contributing to strengthening people's trust.
