During the period of 2020 - 2025, the Newspaper has successfully completed its assigned political tasks, closely following its objectives and purposes, meeting the needs of readers, becoming an important information channel serving the leadership, direction and administration of the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee; promptly reflecting many urgent social issues.
Regarding the propaganda of the emulation movement "Good people, good deeds" from 2020 - 2025, Hanoi Moi Newspaper has published more than 2,000 news and articles about typical advanced examples, good people, good deeds (DHTT, NTVT) in print newspapers, publications and electronic newspapers, and the Newspaper's specialized pages. Of which, there are more than 400 articles participating in the DHHTT, NTVT Writing Contest. In 2025, the Newspaper won the Special Prize in the Writing Contest on DHHTT, NTVT.

The newspaper published many articles, including thousands of articles about UDTT and NTVT examples.
