Captain Hoang Hong Ngoc holds first live show after 10 years of being crowned Sao Mai

On the evening of August 8, at the Army Theater (Hanoi), Captain, singer, musician Hoang Hong Ngoc, the 2015 Sao Mai champion in the light music genre, will hold the first live show of his career called Bong hoa anh thep.

Sharing with the press on August 4, in Hanoi , Hoang Hong Ngoc said that this is a milestone to celebrate 10 years of coronation and 15 years of being attached to the professional artistic path.

Hoang Hong Ngoc was born in Vinh City ( Nghe An Province), and grew up in the children's art movement. After many choices and challenges, she decided to study at the Military Culture and Arts School and became an officer working at the Military Music and Dance Theater. In addition to performing, she also composed and staged programs and won many awards such as Gold Medals at military art festivals and A and B prizes in major national-level composition campaigns.

In the live show Bong hoa anh thep, the female singer stood on stage in military uniform, telling her journey of pursuing art associated with the color of the soldier's uniform with music composed by herself. She said: "I used to think that the new revolutionary music genre I pursued would not be listened to by many people, so I didn't dare to do a show. But after the press conference of the Oplus group releasing the album VN1945, I realized that if I didn't do a music night for myself, it would be a pity."

The program introduces 14/16 songs composed by her, many of which have been performed in major programs such as: Words of the Party calling the heart , I am proud to be the future of Vietnam, Hello Hanoi of the future ... Guests including the group Oplus, Bich Ngoc, Hong Duyen, Quang Huy, Mai Chi... will join the music night directed by director Huy Cong.

“The live show is my way of showing gratitude to the audience, colleagues and teachers in the army who have inspired me throughout my career,” said Hoang Hong Ngoc.

She affirmed that the live show is not only a place to gather outstanding compositions but also a place to most clearly express the pride of a soldier who loves art.
