U23 Vietnam temporarily leads Group B with 3 points - Graphics: AN BINH
The U23 Vietnam team had a favorable start when they won 3-0 against U23 Laos in the opening match. This result helped coach Kim Sang Sik and his team take the lead in Group B with 3 points (goal difference 3).
U23 Cambodia with 1 point (0 goal difference) ranked 2nd in the group. Meanwhile, U23 Laos was definitely eliminated when they only got 1 point after two group stage matches.
U23 Vietnam will fight U23 Cambodia in the final match of Group B to win the top spot in the group.

In Group A, U23 Indonesia is leading with 6 absolute points after two matches. The home team just had an important 1-0 victory over U23 Philippines in the last match.

In the final round, U23 Thailand will face U23 Myanmar to find out who will top the group.
