On the morning of July 26, comrade Vo Van Dung - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee and the working delegation of the Central Internal Affairs Committee visited and offered incense to Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung at the Memorial Site of Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung and Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet at the Memorial Site of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet.

In a solemn atmosphere and with infinite gratitude, comrade Vo Van Dung and members of the delegation respectfully offered flowers, incense and observed a moment of silence to express gratitude and commemorate the great contributions of Chairman of the Council of Ministers Pham Hung and Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet - a loyal communist soldier, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, a prestigious leader of the Party and State, who made many contributions and sacrifices for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The two works mark the typical events of the national heroes who bravely stood up to lead the people in the resistance war against the invaders as well as the crimes of the French colonialists and their henchmen in the massacre of hundreds of innocent people on February 23, 1872.
