In the final round of contestant Hai Dang, the program Road to Olympia asked the question: "Huy always has in his wallet all types of cotton and polymer paper money in circulation in Vietnam, one of each type, from the denomination of 1,000 VND and up. Today, due to urgent matters, Huy spent all 72,000 VND and had 6 bills left in his wallet. What denominations did Huy spend?"
The most difficult math problem in Road to Olympia has yet to be solved.
After reading the question, the candidate calculated and gave the answer that Huy spent 1 VND50,000 bill, 1 VND20,000 bill and 2 VND1,000 bills. However, this answer was not correct, and no other candidates rang the bell to answer.
