The contest had 90 contestants from 6 teams, who were 11th grade students of Phu Binh Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center.
The teams participated in 2 competitions: 100m freestyle relay; "Drowning rescue" and "First aid skills" competitions. In the drowning rescue and trauma first aid skills competitions, the participating teams followed hypothetical situations of drowning victims and coordinated to perform drowning rescue, bring the victim to shore, assess the victim's condition and perform first aid.
According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the teams created situations close to real life, had good preparation of props, and met basic first aid skills. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee awarded First, Second, Third and 3 Encouragement prizes to the teams.

The contest aims to improve knowledge and skills in first aid, rescue, and raise the sense of responsibility of Red Cross officials, members, volunteers and students in responding to disasters, natural disasters and types of drowning-related injuries.
