5 simple steps to identify accounts on VNeID for organizations and businesses

C06 - The Ministry of Public Security will deploy the issuance of identification accounts on VNeID for agencies, organizations, and businesses to carry out administrative procedures and public services.

The Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (C06) under the Ministry of Public Security issued a notice instructing agencies, organizations, and businesses on how to identify accounts on the VNeID application.

Accordingly, registration is done in 5 simple steps:

• Step 1: The legal representative, head of the agency, organization or authorized person logs into the level 2 account and selects the organization identification account function on the VNeID application.
• Step 2: Declare information about the agency or organization
• Step 3: Submit registration request and wait for approval
• Step 4: Information of agencies and organizations is authenticated with national databases, specialized databases or verified according to regulations.
• Step 5: The Department of Administrative Police for Social Order approves the account and notifies the registrant.

In addition to online registration, agencies and organizations can also register directly at the commune or provincial police agency according to regulations.

For ministries and branches that are receiving administrative procedures from enterprises, C06 requires ministries, branches and localities to connect to the electronic identification and authentication system to integrate electronic identification account login before July 1, 2025.

According to statistics, there are currently only 1,141 online public services for agencies and organizations integrated into the national public service portal and public service portals of ministries and branches. Typically, the Ministry of Home Affairs has 243 procedures, the Ministry of Education and Training has 159 procedures, while the Ministry of National Defense has up to 266 procedures.

The implementation of identity accounts will help optimize the process of handling administrative procedures, improve efficiency and transparency in the operations of state agencies, and create favorable conditions for businesses and organizations to access public services.
