16 schools with the highest 10th grade benchmark scores in Ho Chi Minh City 2025

16 high schools in Ho Chi Minh City have high 10th grade benchmark scores ranging from 21 to 24.5 points, of which Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School has the highest benchmark score of 24.5/30.

The 16 schools with the highest 10th grade admission scores in 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City are as follows:

This year, the highest benchmark score belongs to Tran Dai Nghia Secondary and High School with 24.5 points (first choice). For second and third choices, the scores of this school are 25 and 25.5 points respectively.

Schools with the second highest standard scores include: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School (23.75 points), Nguyen Thuong Hien (23), Nguyen Huu Huan (23.5), Practical High School - University of Education (23), Nguyen Huu Cau (23).

Next are the high schools: Tran Phu, Phu Nhuan, Bui Thi Xuan, Mac Dinh Chi

In the top 16, the lowest benchmark scores are Tran Khai Nguyen School and Thu Duc High School, both 21 points.

Notably, Gia Dinh High School (Binh Thanh District) is no longer in the top 10 - when the NV1 benchmark score of this school this year was only 18.75. This is the first time this school has "flown" out of the top 10 highest benchmark scores in Ho Chi Minh City.

Last year, the highest standard score belonged to Nguyen Thuong Hien High School with 24.25 points (first choice). For second and third choices, the scores of this school were: 25.25 and 26 points, respectively.

The schools with the second highest standard scores include: Nguyen Thi Minh Khai High School (23.25 points), Tran Phu High School (23.25 points), Nguyen Huu Huan High School (23.25 points). The two schools Gia Dinh High School and Practice High School - University of Education both have the first standard score of 23 points.

For Le Quy Don High School, Mac Dinh Chi High School, Nguyen Huu Cau High School, Phu Nhuan all have a fairly high score of 22.5.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training said that from 3:00 p.m. on June 26 to 4:00 p.m. on July 1, 2025, candidates will confirm their admission online to high schools via the address https://ts10.hcm.edu.vn.

Before 10:00 a.m. on June 28, the Department of Education and Training will collect the secondary school review records and submit them to the examination andeducation quality assessment department.

It is expected that on July 11, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City will announce the results of the review.

From July 12 to July 14, the Department of Admissions will consider additional cases of admission after review.

From July 15 to no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 17, submit additional admission applications in all categories.

Previously, on the morning of June 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training announced the 10th grade entrance exam scores of more than 76,000 candidates.

At the same time, the Department announced the admission scores for grade 10 at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted and Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted.
