This information is clearly stated in Decision No. 84-QD/TWHSV, issued on July 29, 2025 by the Central Secretariat of the Vietnam Student Association on awarding the "Solid Future" scholarship, phase 1, academic year 2024-2025.

Of the total 16 students receiving scholarships in Ca Mau , 3 students were awarded type A scholarships worth 20 million VND each, the rest received type B scholarships worth 5 million VND each.

Type A scholarships are for talented students in study, scientific research, arts, and sports, including: Tran Quoc Duy (Bac Lieu University), Lam Huynh Nguyen Thao (Bac Lieu High School for the Gifted) and Nguyen Ha Huyen Tran ( Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau).

Tran Quoc Duy, a fourth-year student majoring in Business Administration at Bac Lieu University, plans to use part of his scholarship to improve his English skills.

Type B scholarships are for students with difficult circumstances and outstanding academic achievements. Thirteen students were awarded these scholarships, including: Chau Ngoc Thao My (Bac Lieu Medical College), Doan Trong Mai (Bac Lieu University), Nguyen Lam Minh Thu (Ngan Dua High School), Cao Quoc Toa (Vo Van Kiet High School), Phan Kim Cuong (Gia Rai High School), Nguyen Le Van Anh (Le Thi Rieng High School), Vo Kim Tho (Binh Duong University Branch in Ca Mau), Nguyen Sy Bel (Nguyen Van Nguyen High School), Thi Tuong Vy (Tran Van Thoi High School), Pham Xuan Sang (Song Doc High School), To Thanh Tien (Quach Van Pham High School), Pham Ngoc Nha Minh (Tac Van High School) and Ngo Pham Tam Thu (Dam Doi High School).

The scholarships are expected to be awarded at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year, helping students have more financial conditions and motivation to enter the new school year.


The “Vung tai lai” scholarship program is a collaboration between the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association and Vietcombank, with a total of 160 type A scholarships and 560 type B scholarships awarded nationwide. This is the second year the program has been implemented, continuing to spread humanistic values and encourage the spirit of overcoming difficulties and rising up of the young generation of Vietnam.
