This tool makes it easy to check the devices that have logged into the user's Zalo account. Periodic checks will help promptly detect and handle any abnormalities, ensuring the account is always safe.
How to use: Go to Personal > select Settings > select Account and security > select Security check > select Other devices logged in > See all.
2-factor security
Users can proactively enable the tool to protect their accounts for subsequent logins. When your Zalo account is logged in with a password on a new device, the system will ask you to authenticate with an authentication code. The authentication code is sent to the old device, phone number or email address that you associated with your Zalo account. Thanks to that, only you can complete the login, ensuring that the account is under your control.
How to use: Go to Personal > select Settings > select Account and security > select Security check > select 2-step verification > Activate.

At the same time, thanks to Security Check on Zalo, users can check other information such as: Account identification, Phone number, Zalo version along with security instructions to increase account safety. With just simple checking operations, your account is guaranteed to be stable and safe.
Zalo launches Zalo Customer Care switchboard
From now on, users can call directly to 1900 633155 to receive quick support from Zalo Customer Care.
