Previously, on September 17, social media posted images and clips recording a scene of a child suspected of being abused at the private HM nursery group in Lam Hoa neighborhood, Ma Lam town, Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan.
According to the clip, the woman in the blue shirt threw the baby onto the mattress, hit the baby's back many times, and used a pillow to press the baby's head down.
Not stopping there, the woman continued to beat and kicked the child in the back, causing him to fall head first onto the mattress.
According to the People's Committee of Ham Thuan Bac district, after receiving the information, the locality directed the district police to verify and investigate the incident.
Initially, the relevant units determined that the above incident occurred at noon on September 16. At that time, the girl named TKQ (born in 2023) in Ham Phu commune, Ham Thuan Bac district was sent by her family to the private nursery HM, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kh.
Ms. Kh. said that Q. was being naughty and refused to take a nap, so she and Ms. Pham Van Anh Tr. (30 years old) used their hands to hit Q.'s back, arms, and head.
Local authorities said the private nursery owned by Ms. Kh. had been established for more than 20 years and had an operating license. She used the ground floor space of her house to open the nursery.
This group of children has about 25 children, with 4 people directly involved in taking care of them.
