At the Congress, PTSC Party Committee was commended by the Group Party Committee as a unit that has excellently fulfilled all the goals and targets of the Congress Resolution for the 2020-2025 term. This is a worthy recognition of the continuous efforts of all PTSC cadres, party members and employees in maintaining stable production and business, maintaining the key role in the technical value chain of oil and gas and energy industry services. In particular, the project "33 offshore wind power bases under the CHW2204 Project" designed - manufactured - delivered by PTSC on schedule and with high quality, was honored by the Congress as one of the typical projects and products to welcome the Group Party Congress. This is not only a testament to PTSC's outstanding technical capacity but also demonstrates the unit's specific contribution to the process of realizing the national energy transition goal.

Within the framework of the sideline activities of the Congress, PTSC introduced to the Prime Minister , Party and State leaders and delegates its overall capacity, strategic service areas, as well as key development orientations in the coming period. PTSC's presentation attracted deep attention, clearly demonstrating the image of a pioneering technology enterprise with a solid foundation and strong potential, ready to take on a leading role in key areas such as oil and gas mechanics, offshore wind power, LNG infrastructure development and nuclear energy.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of the Group for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 37 comrades. Comrade Phan Thanh Tung - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTSC was re-elected to join the Party Executive Committee of the Group for the 2025-2030 term. At the same time, representing the PTSC Party Committee, Comrade Tran Ho Bac - Deputy Party Secretary, General Director was also honored to be elected to join the Delegation of the Party Committee of the Group to attend the 1st Congress of the Government Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The fact that PTSC was highly appreciated and recognized at the Congress is not only a source of pride but also a driving force for the entire Party Committee, cadres, party members and employees to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity, intelligence, discipline and innovation. With a development orientation based on three strategic pillars including oil and gas - LNG, offshore renewable energy and nuclear power, PTSC aims to synchronously deploy three key groups of solutions: consolidating traditional capacity, dominating the industrial technical services market and pioneering new technology and service trends. Thereby, PTSC is determined to continue affirming its role in the national energy industry value chain and actively contributing to the common development of the Group and the country.
