Vinh Phong Commune launched a campaign to clean up and beautify the environment.

On July 29, the People's Committee of Vinh Phong commune (An Giang province) organized a ceremony to launch a campaign to clean up and beautify the environment from July 29 to 30 in the commune.

This campaign to clean up and beautify the environment was divided into 2 groups. Specifically, group 1 was directly directed by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to carry out propaganda and mobilize households and small traders in the Vinh Thuan floating market and Vinh Thuan agricultural market; group 2 was directly directed by the Veterans Association of the commune to clean up and beautify the environment in the area of May 1st Park, in front of the Vinh Phong Commune Administrative Area, Vinh Thuan Bridge slope... and collect trash on the river.

The Party cell secretaries of hamlets in Vinh Phong commune directly directed 20-30 people to clean up, clear land, and build landscapes in the hamlet.

At the launching ceremony, the leaders of Vinh Phong Commune Party Committee presented 20 lawn mowers to 20 hamlet Party cells in the commune and provided over 20 million VND in support for the hamlets to carry out environmental sanitation work.
