Immediately after the document guiding the payment was issued, Thanh Tri commune organized a review and update of the population in the area, ensuring the gift giving was accurate, timely and fair. Accordingly, Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee issued a notice with specific instructions on receiving gifts. The Department of Social Culture coordinated with the Commune Police, the Economic Department, the Commune Youth Union, the villages... to declare and review the population to serve the gift-giving work at the Cultural House of Village 3, Yen My; the Classical Cultural House A, Ngu Hiep Cultural Center; the Hall of Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee and the Cultural House of Village 1, Vinh Quynh. The work was deployed urgently, specifically to each household, ensuring no omissions or mistakes.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Huyen, a resident of Co Dien B village, Thanh Tri commune, said: "When I heard that the State gave 100,000 VND to each person on the occasion of National Day, September 2, I was very happy. This is a meaningful spiritual gift, showing the care of the Party and State for each person. Receiving the gift right on the occasion of Independence Day, we are even more proud and grateful to the generation of our ancestors who won independence for the country."

Comrade La Van Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Tri Commune, said: The gift of 100,000 VND/person on the occasion of the great festival is not large, but it contains a message of gratitude, sharing and arousing national pride.

To organize the payment of gifts to people in a timely, appropriate, meaningful and non-duplicated manner, the People's Committee of Thanh Tri commune requests relevant units to urgently review cases eligible for payment via the VNeID application. Strengthen propaganda about the purpose and meaning of gifts and guide people to set up social security accounts on the VneID application to 100% of households.

It is recommended that people only receive support policy information from official channels such as the Commune People's Committee, state agencies or the banking system according to official announcements. All people in the commune absolutely do not access strange links or download applications of unknown origin; do not provide account numbers, passwords, or OTP codes.

People of Bach Mai ward come to receive money at the ward People's Committee headquarters

In Bach Mai ward, the payment will be made from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on August 31, 2025. On September 1, 2025, there will be 2 shifts: Morning from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.; Afternoon from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Before September 15, Bach Mai ward will complete giving gifts to people.

With 130,062 people, Bach Mai Ward has divided 84 residential groups into 4 gift receiving locations. In order to give gifts to people in the area in a timely and complete manner, the Ward People's Committee sent gifts to the Head of Household representing the households. In cases where people have not received gifts during the above period, they will continue to receive gifts according to the notice of the Ward People's Committee; the deadline is before September 15, 2025.
