Nui Thanh Commune has 275 cases of health insurance premium refunds.

DNO - On August 20, Ban Thach Social Insurance announced receiving applications for refunding duplicate health insurance premiums for 275 cases in Nui Thanh commune.

According to the Social Insurance (SI) of Ban Thach base, the Law on Social Insurance stipulates that from July 1, 2025, people receiving monthly social pension benefits are subject to health insurance (HI) paid by the state budget.

However, previously, there were 275 cases in Nui Thanh commune belonging to this group of subjects who participated in paying health insurance in groups with state budget support or participating in health insurance as a household. Therefore, it led to the situation of duplicate payment of health insurance premiums.

Ban Thach Social Insurance informs the above cases that they need to submit a request for refund of health insurance premiums due to duplicate payments. At the same time, the People's Committee of Nui Thanh commune is requested to create conditions and support the signing of authorization letters for people when they need to authorize (form No. 13-SHB ).

The Social Insurance Agency receives documents at the old Nui Thanh District Social Insurance headquarters (Block 3, Le Van Tam Street, Nui Thanh Commune) on August 23, 2025.

For those who directly submit documents, receive cash or transfer money via personal accounts, a declaration of participation and adjustment of social insurance and health insurance information is required (form TK1-TS).

For those who authorize others to submit documents, receive cash or through personal accounts, a declaration of participation, adjustment of social insurance and health insurance information (form TK1-TS) and a power of attorney according to form No. 13-HSB is required.
