Vu Thu: Evaluation and classification of OCOP products, phase 2, 2024

Members of the OCOP product evaluation and classification council of Vu Thu district evaluate the products.

Participating in the evaluation and classification of OCOP products in the second phase of 2024 are 10 products from 5 communes, including: Bach Thuan community eco-tourism (Bach Thuan Tourism Cooperative); celery powder, barley germ powder, chrysanthemum tea, chrysanthemum tea (filter bags) of Lotekfarm Vietnam Co., Ltd., Song An commune; Dr.Milk premium pure nut milk, Oriental ancient tea of TTB Group International Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Minh Lang commune; Ngoc Uyen ham of Tran Ngoc Uyen business household, Song An commune; Vu Toan lotus root starch of Vu Toan Lotus Garden Co., Ltd., Xuan Hoa commune; Khoi Tiep wooden furniture of Khoi Tiep Fine Art Wooden Furniture Co., Ltd., Nguyen Xa commune.

The members of the OCOP product evaluation and classification council of the district discussed, researched, and carefully examined the products to evaluate and score them to ensure strictness, objectivity, and transparency. The council evaluated the products with many improvements in quality, diverse designs, and ensured conditions and regulations on stamps, labels, and product traceability; at the same time, it also gave suggestions for the subject to overcome limitations in order to continue to improve and enhance product quality.

Based on the appraisal results, the District-level OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council has evaluated 8 products that meet 3-star OCOP standards; 2 products including: Dr.Milk premium pure nut milk, Dong Phuong ancient tea of TTB Group International Pharmaceutical Company Limited (Minh Lang commune) proposed the Provincial OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council to consider, evaluate and recognize 4-star OCOP products.
