Traffic accident kills 4 mother and children: Director of Anh Dung Company prosecuted

The director of Anh Dung Construction, Trade and Transportation Company Limited was prosecuted in connection with the accident that killed 4 mothers and children in Hoai Duc district for unsafe vehicle delivery.

On July 20, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoai Duc District Police prosecuted and temporarily detained Mr. Le Van Tiep (born in 1981; residing in Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc ) for the act of "Putting into use an unsafe road motor vehicle" as prescribed in Article 262 of the Penal Code. The prosecution decisions were approved by the People's Procuracy of Hoai Duc District.

As reported by SGGP Newspaper, at noon on July 16, in Duong Lieu Commune, Hoai Duc District, a particularly serious traffic accident occurred, killing 4 people.

Based on the collected documents and evidence, on July 17, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoai Duc District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case of "Violating regulations on road traffic participation", prosecute the accused and temporarily detain Dam Van Luong, the truck driver who caused the above accident.

During the investigation expansion process, the Investigation Police Agency clarified that Le Van Tiep, Director of Anh Dung Construction, Trade and Transportation Company Limited, had given an unsafe car to Dam Van Luong for use, violating Article 262 of the Penal Code.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency continues to focus on investigating, expanding the case, and strictly handling the subjects according to the law.
