[Video] Press conference to introduce the exhibition of national achievements in celebration of the 80th anniversary of National Day

On the afternoon of August 22, the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of major holidays and important historical events of the country in 3 years (2023-2025) held a press conference to inform about the "National Achievements Exhibition" on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, up to now, 6 high-level delegations, including Belarus, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, Russia and China, have confirmed their attendance at the ceremony. Some of them will conduct bilateral activities. In addition, more than 20 political party delegations and 8 Defense Ministry delegations from other countries have confirmed their attendance at Vietnam's Anniversary Ceremony. This is also the first time that the Overseas Vietnamese Bloc has participated in the parade at the Anniversary Ceremony.

More information about the National Achievements Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day with the theme "80 years of the journey of Independence - Freedom - Happiness", the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said: This is the highlight in the series of activities to celebrate National Day September 2, creating an exciting atmosphere and solidarity of the whole people.
