Doctors recommend that each athlete should proactively equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills during training, such as warming up, maintaining the correct running posture, breathing properly, stretching exercises after running, and how to prevent injuries during running. In particular, each athlete must ensure that the registered distance is appropriate to their health condition, avoiding unwanted incidents on the track.
