Chinese media highlights Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's message at WEF

Attending the Summer Davos Forum for three consecutive years, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has become a "regular guest" of the world's leading economic event. Along with the close cooperation between the two countries in recent years, the Vietnamese Prime Minister's participation at this year's forum has attracted even more public attention.

This is the assessment of the host country's media, China, regarding Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's attendance and important messages at the 16th Annual Pioneers Meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), also known as the "Summer Davos Forum" in Tianjin, China.

Chinanews.com published an article titled "Vietnamese Prime Minister calls on Asian countries to join hands to build a prosperous and sustainable Asian era", highlighting Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's view that Asian countries need to strengthen solidarity and cooperation in the face of many challenges, joining hands to build a prosperous and sustainable "Asian era".

The article emphasized that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh pointed out the risks and challenges that Asia is facing such as the rise of protectionism, slowing growth, climate change and resource shortages; as well as the vast opportunities coming from Asia's outstanding advantages in terms of geostrategic location, market size and economic growth potential.

The article also highlights Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's proposal to establish an "Asian Innovation Network" to integrate resources from scientific research institutions, universities and enterprises of countries, including China; as well as build an "Asian Innovation Portal" to provide substantial support for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.

The article asserts that this year is the third consecutive year that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has come to China to attend the Summer Davos Forum. As the Prime Minister of a country, he has almost become a “regular guest” of this forum. The extremely close cooperation and exchange between China and Vietnam in recent years has also made Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s participation in the forum attract more public attention.
