Ho Chi Minh City University of Education has just announced that it plans to open an additional admission round for 7 regular university training majors in 2025. The time to receive applications for the additional round is from 8:00 a.m. on September 3 to 5:00 p.m. on September 16.

Specifically, the majors include: educational technology with 20 targets, Russian language with 30 targets, French language with 30 targets, Japanese language with 50 targets, Korean language with 50 targets, international studies with 20 targets, and information technology with 30 targets.

The school will consider candidates based on the results of the 3 high school graduation exams in 2025, using the high school study results in 2025 combined with the specialized competency assessment test scores in 2024 and 2025. The admission scores for each major are as follows:

For example, for the education technology industry, the admission score based on the high school graduation exam score with group A01 is 19.25; candidates applying for group B08 with 19 points will be added 0.75 according to the deviation, and the converted score will be 19.75. Previously, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education announced the admission scores for the first round of 2025 at the same level or slightly higher than in 2024. Notably, 2 majors had admission scores above 29 and 4 majors above 28. Chemistry Pedagogy is the major with the highest admission score at 29.38 points.
