University of Economics and Law has the highest benchmark score for International Business

- Method 3: Admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam results.

In 2025, with a target of 2,700 students, the University of Economics and Law will enroll 15 majors (with 24 majors/specializations taught and studied in Vietnamese, 09 majors/specializations taught and studied in English, 02 teaching and learning programs in cooperation with Co-operative Education enterprises).

Details of admission methods:

Method 1: Direct admission, priority for direct admission has 4 groups of admission subjects.

- Subject 1: Priority for direct admission according to the university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (Article 8, Clause 2, Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDDT) with 23 application files. - Subject 2: Priority is given to excellent and talented students from high schools nationwide according to the regulations of Ho Chi Minh City National University. There are 224 applications with 716 wishes. These are candidates in the group of 5 excellent students with the highest average score of 3 years of high school.

- Subject 3: Priority admission for candidates on the list of 149 high schools given priority for admission to Ho Chi Minh City National University has 7,822 applications with 23,748 wishes. These are candidates with excellent academic performance in 3 years of high school or are members of the team participating in the National Excellent Student exam, studying at 149 high schools according to the regulations of Ho Chi Minh City National University (which are specialized high schools, gifted high schools or high schools in the group of schools with high high school graduation exam results in recent admission years).

- Subject 4: Admission of candidates with international certificates. UEL uses this admission method for all training majors. In 2025, the School received 199 applications. The highest international certificate score in this method is SAT 1,440, ACT 28.

Method 2: Admission based on the results of the 2025 Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Exam. There are 22,571 applications with 41,803 wishes to participate in the admission exam. UEL uses the highest exam results of candidates for admission.

The average qualifying score for admission in 2025 is 902, of which the average score for majors in the field of Economics is 884 points, the field of Business is 921 points and the field of Law is 858 points.

Method 3: Admission based on the 2025 high school graduation exam results. To be admitted to UEL, candidates must have an average score of 3 subjects of at least excellent (8.3 points/subject) or higher. The training program with the highest admission score is International Business (Major in Supply Chain Management and International Logistics) with 28.08 points.

Average admission scores calculated by training fields: Economics - 25.61 points, Business - 26.40 points, Law - 25.04 points. Of which, 20 majors/programs have admission scores that have increased compared to 2024.
