Party committees and party organizations directly under the Central Committee focus on directing the organization of grassroots party congresses in accordance with regulations and instructions of the Central Committee, ensuring the quality of the congresses, and completing them before June 30.
For places subject to consolidation and merger and requiring organizational restructuring, it is necessary to urgently review and complete preparations and organize grassroots party congresses, ensuring completion before July 31.
At the meeting on May 6 of the Politburo to give opinions on the situation and progress of the implementation of the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units, General Secretary To Lam noted that special attention should be paid to the arrangement and assignment of cadres in accordance with the principles, requirements and instructions of superiors, in conjunction with doing well the political, ideological, regime and policy work for cadres who are affected and influenced, to avoid complicated internal problems from arising.
