Painting and photo exhibition celebrating the 65th anniversary of Vietnam-Cuba relations

On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Cuba relations, the Vietnam-Cuba Primary School organized an exhibition introducing paintings and photos of the school's students praising the special relationship and solidarity between the people of Vietnam and Cuba.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition on August 21, Principal of the Vietnam-Cuba Primary School Tran Thi To Trinh emphasized: After 65 years, the Vietnam-Cuba friendship has become a beautiful symbol of solidarity among peoples in the world . Beloved President Ho Chi Minh and great leader Fidel Castro laid the foundation for that relationship with warm feelings, steadfast faith and acts of kindness that will never fade in history. The Vietnamese people always remember the image of the heroic Cuban people standing shoulder to shoulder, giving Vietnam valuable support both spiritually and materially during the most difficult years.

Emphasizing the significance of the photo exhibition commemorating the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-Cuba relations, the Principal of the Vietnam-Cuba Primary School said that the exhibition is not only a meaningful activity to celebrate the important milestone in the relationship between Vietnam and Cuba, but also an opportunity for teachers and students of the school to review the golden pages of the exemplary, pure and loyal international solidarity between the two nations.

Through each photo and each drawing, children will understand more and be more proud of the Vietnam-Cuba relationship, thereby nurturing in their hearts love, respect and responsibility to inherit this precious spiritual heritage.

Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Rogelio Polanco Fuentes expressed his pleasure to attend the opening ceremony of the photo exhibition organized by the Vietnam-Cuba Primary School; at the same time, he emphasized that this is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, and an opportunity to educate the younger generation about the special friendship and solidarity between Cuba and Vietnam.
