Red Cross House Awarded to Families in Difficult Circumstances

DNO - On the morning of August 6, the Da Nang City Red Cross Society held an inauguration ceremony and presented a Red Cross house to the family of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hien (53 years old, group 18, Hoa Khanh ward) who is in difficult circumstances and has a dilapidated house.

The total construction cost of the house is over 100 million VND, of which 70 million VND is sponsored by a group of benefactors including: Mr. Hoang Quoc Dat's family and Mr. Tran Dinh Nam, the City Red Cross Society; Director of Sunchi Paint Vietnam Company Chau Hoang Viet; Director of Bach Viet Company Tran Thanh Tung and Duy Tan Primary School (Hoa Khanh Ward).

The house is solidly built, has an area of nearly ^50m2 , has 1 bedroom, living room and mezzanine.

This is the third house that Mr. Tran Dinh Nam's group of philanthropists has supported and built for disadvantaged households in Hoa Khanh ward since the beginning of the year.

The gift demonstrates the spirit of "mutual love and support", "the rich help the poor", and is part of the program of the association and the movement of the City Red Cross in coordination with organizations and individuals with kind hearts to support and help families in difficult circumstances strive to improve their lives.
