In the past 5 years, Hop Luc has spent nearly 17 billion VND to support social security funds in Thanh Hoa province and many other localities, specifically:

• 2021: 2 billion VND
• 2022: 1.5 billion VND
• 2023: 4.2 billion VND
• 2024: 6.4 billion VND

Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation donated 1.5 billion VND to support housing construction for poor households, policy households, and households with housing difficulties in Thanh Hoa province in 2024-2025.

The budget is used to support the poor, policy families, people in remote areas affected by natural disasters and floods, contribute to programs to build charity houses, give Tet gifts, support poor students to overcome difficulties, provide medical examination and treatment, and provide free medicine...

Leaders of Hop Luc Joint Stock Corporation visited, gave gifts and wished Tet to patients at Hop Luc General Hospital.

In addition to actively participating in social security activities for the community, Hop Luc always pays special attention to welfare policies for officers and employees. The company fully and promptly pays salaries, 13th month bonuses and Tet gifts to all employees with a total value of over 5 billion VND per year.

In addition, Hop Luc supports shift meals for staff at the rate of 20,000 VND/person/meal, equivalent to more than 2 billion VND per year. The company also focuses on taking care of the spiritual life of employees through activities such as: sightseeing, vacation, periodic health check-ups, visiting when sick, mourning and supporting difficult cases, with a total budget of over 1 billion VND/year.

Every year, the Party Committee, Trade Union and Youth Union of the Corporation closely coordinate with enterprises to organize many practical activities, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life quality of workers.
