Scientific seminar on human development in Hai Phong city in the new era of development

Comrades: Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Ngoc Giang, Director of the Department of Science Management (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics ); Dr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Science Management; Dr. Nguyen Thi Hai Ha, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Principal in charge of To Hieu Political School co-chaired and conducted the Discussion.

Attending the seminar were members of the delegation of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; representatives of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the City Party Committee and departments, branches, sectors and organizations in the city.

At the Seminar, delegates focused on exchanging and discussing the construction of new people in Hai Phong city today, focusing on the following issues: Natural conditions, socio-economics, cultural characteristics, Hai Phong people, outstanding achievements, limitations, and issues in the construction of new people in Hai Phong city today. Good models, creative and unique ways of building and developing new people in Hai Phong city and lessons learned.

Delegates also proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness of building new people in Hai Phong city in the new context (building and perfecting the model of Hai Phong people in the new context, having breakthrough policies to create an economic, political, cultural, educational, scientific and technological environment, promoting the role of the subjects - Party committees, authorities, organizations, agencies, units, enterprises, communities, families, schools; building and perfecting the criteria system for building and developing new people in Hai Phong city today). From the practice and experience of Hai Phong, it is suggested to consult with other localities and propose recommendations to the Party and State on policies for building and developing new people (contributing ideas and perfecting draft documents to be submitted to Party congresses at all levels and documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress).

The seminar is a forum for scientists, managers, lecturers and students to exchange expertise and share practical experiences in building a new human model with standard values of ideals, ethics, knowledge and adaptability in the era of digital transformation, knowledge economy and international integration./.
