Coming to Tan Thuan Binh commune, Cho Gao district, we can easily recognize the difference compared to before, which is the awareness of keeping the environment and housing clean of local people. Along with implementing the "3 clean" criteria (clean house, clean kitchen, clean road), the women's associations of Tan Thuan Binh commune have competed to implement the "5 no" criteria (no poverty, no violations of the law and social evils, no domestic violence, no third or more children, no malnourished children and dropouts).
