The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee gives comments on the Documents submitted to the Congress of Delegates of the affiliated Party Committees.

On the morning of July 29, under the chairmanship of comrade Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, a meeting was held to give opinions on the Documents submitted to the Congress of Party Committees including: Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and Party Committee of the Provincial Public Security for the 2025-2030 term.

After reviewing, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that the draft Political Reports of the Party Committees were all prepared in accordance with the instructions of the Central and the province. The content, layout, and structure met the requirements and were sufficient to hold the congress.

Accordingly, the Congress of the Provincial Party Committees has the theme: Improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee; promoting the tradition of solidarity and creativity; strengthening discipline and order, building a clean and strong Party Committee, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee. The Provincial Party Committees identified 8 specific targets, 3 key tasks and 2 breakthrough tasks. At the same time, they agreed to propose key solutions in 2 areas: Leading the Party building work and implementing political tasks.

The Provincial Party Committee has determined the general goal as follows: Building a strong and comprehensive Party Committee; building a creative government, close to the people, serving the people; mobilizing and effectively using potential strengths, resources to promote socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security and building a contingent of cadres and Party members with strong political will, revolutionary ethics, intelligence, sense of responsibility and capacity to perform well the assigned tasks. On that basis, set out specific targets until 2030; identify 3 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and key solutions.

For the documents of the Provincial Police Party Congress, they were built and completed, ensuring the conditions for organizing the congress.

Participating in giving opinions, delegates agreed with the presented contents, suggesting that it is necessary to highlight the comprehensive leadership role of Party Committees for Party cells and affiliated Party Committees; there should be a specific plan for digital transformation work, detailed to each Party cell and Party Committee, and a clear and effective implementation roadmap...

In his concluding remarks, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh highly appreciated the proactive and responsible spirit in the preparation work for the Congress of the 3 Party Committees. He suggested that, based on the comments, the Party Committees continue to review and complete the system of documents, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive assessment of the tasks in the past term and in the context of merging agencies and units. Continue to draft and edit the topics and general objectives of the draft Political Report in a more concise, clear and scientific manner. At the same time, highlight the role of the Party Committee in leading and directing the subordinate Party organizations; study the targets set for the term accordingly.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: Party Committees continue to closely follow the instructions of the Central and the province to perfect the content, layout, structure, regulations and program of the congress... actively prepare other contents and conditions to successfully organize the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.
