· A valid application is one that includes all required documents, sent by post and received at Vinh Phuc Head Office within the time specified above.

· All information in the candidate's profile must be legal, honest, accurate and complete . In case the information is determined to be incorrect or incomplete, the profile will be considered invalid.

· In addition to the hard copy, candidates please send a scanned copy (soft copy) to the email address: [email protected]. Documents sent via email are for reference purposes only and cannot replace hard copies. In all cases, hard copies are the sole basis for evaluating and selecting candidates.

· The final decision of the HVN Board of Directors on candidate selection will be communicated in writing after HVN has completed the candidate evaluation procedure.

· HVN is not responsible for any transactions between Hong Phu Company Limited and your business.

· The candidate commits to inherit all rights and obligations of Hong Phu Company Limited with HVN and customers.
