Notice of citizen reception schedule of Social Insurance Region XXV

(LĐ online) - On June 6, Social Insurance Region XXV announced the agency's schedule for receiving citizens in 2025.

Citizen reception location at the Social Insurance Headquarters of Region XXV located in Da Lat City

Time: Starting from June 1, 2025. Morning from 7:30 to 11:30; afternoon from 13:30 to 17:30.

Location: At the Social Insurance Headquarters of Region XXV (address: No. 31 Huynh Thuc Khang Street, Ward 4, Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province).

Regularly receive citizens: Leaders and officers of the Inspection - Examination Department receive citizens on all working days as assigned by the Head of the Inspection - Examination Department.

Regular citizen reception: Director of Social Insurance Region XXV periodically receives citizens once a month on the 20th of the month during office hours (if it coincides with a holiday, holiday, or New Year, the day of citizen reception is the first consecutive working day).

Receiving citizens unexpectedly: According to Clause 5, Article 8, Decision No. 378/QD-BHXH of the General Director of Vietnam Social Security. In case the Director is busy for work reasons, the Deputy Director will receive citizens.

Citizens requesting to meet directly with the Director of Social Insurance Region XXV outside the above schedule must register the meeting content with the citizen reception officer.

Previously, on June 4, in Da Lat City, Vietnam Social Security held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work at Social Security Region XXV on the basis of merging Social Security of 3 provinces Lam Dong - Dak Nong - Binh Thuan .

Accordingly, Mr. Dang Hong Tuan - Director of Social Insurance Region IV ( Binh Duong ) was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of Social Insurance Region XXV. The appointment period is from June 1, 2025.

At the same time, announce the decisions on temporary transfer and appointment of Deputy Directors of Social Insurance Region XXV for Mr. Tran Van Son, Kieu Cong Minh (Deputy Directors of Social Insurance of Lam Dong province), Ho Huu Tuan (Director of Social Insurance of Dak Nong province), Tran Ngoc Quan (Deputy Director of Social Insurance of Dak Nong province), Ms. Le Thi Hong Van (Deputy Director of Social Insurance of Binh Thuan province).
