Body found in green sack in Hai Phong is female

According to the leader of the People's Committee of Da Phuc Ward, Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City, the authorities have identified the body in a blue sack left in front of the house on Quang Luan Street on the afternoon of June 10, 2023.

The victim is Ms. HN (born in 1994, from Bac Son, Kien An district, Hai Phong city), married in Dong Phuong commune, Kien Thuy district, has 2 children and divorced her husband 1 year ago.

At around 4:00 p.m. on June 10, residents of Da Phuc Ward, Duong Kinh District discovered a body in a tightly tied blue sack on the sidewalk, in front of a house whose owner was away on Quang Luan Street.

Locals said they saw the sack in the morning but did not think it contained a body. There were blood stains next to the sack.

After receiving the information, the authorities blocked off the scene and conducted an investigation.
